The Folsom Realty Team
Folsom Realty is a family business with Mo Elliott and his wife Sue Elliott. Mo concentrates on helping customers sell property. Sue works with customers looking for homes to buy.
Mo has been assisting people with their real estate needs since 1978. He was born in Creston, Iowa and lived in the Midwest until moving to Folsom in 1965. He has been married to his business and life partner, Sue for 30 years.
They have two daughters Maureen and Erin. Daughter Maureen (also Mo) is a graduate of Folsom High School and California State University Chico with honors in Psychology. Maureen is an assistant in the Pathology Lab at Sutter General Hospital. Daughter Erin also graduated from Folsom High School and graduated from Maric College with a degree in interior design. She is currently doing interior design and faux finishing.
In addition to working in his real estate business, Mo finds time for participation in a number of civic and social organizations, including Rotary Club, Folsom Historical Society, Folsom Chamber of Commerce. He also belongs to the Sacramento, California, and the National Associations of Realtors. When he is not working his business or participating in civic affairs, he works on his golf game. (If you are interested in golf in this area you can get information from the Northern California Golf Association @ NCGA.org).
Mo drives a red 1958 Chevy Impala. They have a dog (Rottweiler) and a cat.
Sue is a California girl who grew up in Redondo Beach. She helped Mo when he started Folsom Realty. After her first daughter arrived she switched her priorities to raising her children.
Now, that the daughters are older she has returned to the business. Sue is a licensed real estate agent and assists with the company.
